The other thing with our strengthening of our immune system, we've noticed that we don't have seasonal allergies anymore. I had them every year like clockwork around the first of May. It was terrible constant running eyes, itchy eyes, I could just claw my throat. And we just we don't get those anymore. It's amazing.

make sense? And then skin clears up. Even though I'm older, a lot of times I would still get breakouts and I haven't had those I just don't get those anymore like I used to. And then people ask us all the time, you know, we have a 16 year old daughter, and they stopped me and asked me what do you do? How is their skin so clear? What medication Is she on? What skin products does she use? So you think about people think about to clear up acne, you would need to either be on some kind of medication, or you must be using the right skincare products on your skin. But what you need to do is look at the root cause of the problem. And most of the time is what we're eating and a lot of times meat and dairy are the culprits that cause the most problem with skin. And so they can be the root cause of acne. And even people will have cleared up eczema or things like that with their skin a lot of different skin issues. Just by stopping the meat, the animal products and getting more of those nutrients you need. And the whole plant fades.

Yeah, it's just it's surprising because I mean, I was raised and Weight Watchers meetings and going to Nutrisystem with my mother and all the different things she tried and struggled with over the years, never knowing about whole food plant based and it was just a constant struggle. I mean, she didn't enjoy what she ate, it was just not the way you want to live. And, and really to maintain it for the rest of your life, you have to find a way that you do enjoy and the food's taste good. But meat, and dairy, and a lot of those things are so filled with fats and the healthy fats that cause not only weight gain, but problems with our vessels, problems with our overall health. And really to get those out of there. And to see what happened with us and with our clients. I mean, we've told several of our clients stories in the past, and hopefully we'll have some of them on here to share with you as well before too much longer.

But it's amazing to listen to them as they say things like I went from a size 12 or 14 down to a size four. And I wasn't even trying to realize I was just learning this new way to live, I was staying off the scale, I go shopping, and now all of a sudden, I'm buying these clothes that are way smaller and not just had no idea. It's known that with meat, it can create an inflammatory environment within the body. And a lot of it has to do with the fats. But it helped us to get rid of all this inflammation that was just plaguing us. And again, we thought it was just a normal part of life. We were getting older, that's just the way that it is. And that's not true.

And I had known how simple that was, it would have been a total game changer. And it was when I finally figured this stuff out.

It's so important to your health. But that's because I have so much energy now at the end of the day, I have to force myself to go to bed. And that's really important to remember, if you adopt a healthy plant based lifestyle and that happens to you. You really do remember need to remember ways to get yourself in bed because you're so used to just surviving the day and crashing when as soon as you can. And it's nice. Well it's a nice problem to have really, I mean, I'm not complaining at all. It's a great problem to have.

and then number nine is less stress, you know, you start enjoying life on a daily basis because you just start feeling really good. You no longer are eating a high cholesterol diet, plant foods have no cholesterol, which animal products are filled with, including dairy and meat.

So if you're looking for a simple way to cut your cholesterol, this is it. Cut out the meat, cut out the dairy and replace it with delicious plant foods, whole plant foods, really, you end up with less stress, because think about the health concerns and how they plague you day to day and you wake up and you're trying to figure out how to get more energy, how to feel better, you know, you found out maybe you have high blood pressure or heart disease, cancer, type two diabetes, all these things had been shown consistently over and over again, to be improved with a whole food plant based lifestyle. So if you want to prevent and reverse disease, and you start doing that, you're going to spend less time running to doctor's appointments and buying expensive medicines and worrying about the results of your last blood test. And the report from your health provider that wasn't so good, like your high blood pressure and cholesterol and weight concerns just to name a few. And so your life revolves less and less around your health concerns. And so much of your time is freed up to really just live. And it's amazing what happens as you go.

Now, the last thing that we really noticed that was huge for us was improved sleep, you'll find that you sleep better because of stress and anxiety over what you can't do or you weren't able to accomplish because you were sick. Those things that kept you up at night worrying about your health concerns, you know, I would lay there and think about, oh, I've got this health concern and that health concern and, and that can really mess up your sleep. The other thing is because you have more energy and you're moving more and you're more active during the day, you're just going to sleep better. I mean, numerous studies have shown and people talk about it all the time. You know, when you're moving more, and you're getting more, I want to say I don't want to say exercise because that's like the the key word. But when you're moving more, you just sleep and rest better. It's a well known established fact that that's true. And so because you're eating less meat, and you're having more energy and you're feeling better and less pain, yeah, and you're moving more, then you're just more tired at night and your body rests deeper and you sleep better
