And you know, it's not necessarily the best for you, and you you've determined, I'm not gonna throw it away, but I'm not going to eat it because I know it's not good for me. And there then becomes this internal struggle.

Absolutely, if it's not there, you won't eat it, or at least you'll be a lot less likely. And I'll tell you don't underestimate the power of, I've got to go to the grocery store, I want this thing, I don't have it, I can go to the grocery store and buy it. Now in the case of us, we've got a fantastic grocery store three minutes from our house. But there have been a number of times where we may need something else, I'll go get it like no, tomorrow, when you're out about you can go get it. So yeah, like

you've got to, if you're not ready to go out, you've got to get ready to go out, you got to get in your car, open the garage door, pull out, go down and get it walk through and trying to find it check out deal with getting back, you know, if you've got to put a mask on or whatever's going on. I mean, really think about that how much harder it makes it for you just the act of not having it there, you're gonna choose something else nine times out of 10. And then that leads to the other point of it's not just getting the things out of your environment that are causing the issue. It's making sure you have the right back in. So you need to put something else in its place. You don't want to leave that hole there. Because then what are you gonna reach for? If you have nothing, you're gonna get hangry and then you're going to hate the way you're living.

So literally now, I mean, most of my recipes are not taking me 30 minutes and under, I just don't have time, but yet they taste really good. I've got a large variety of ingredients in there, they're quick, they're easy to get on the table, everybody's happy with it, and they

And I know how it feels to just dream about doing something that you want to do, but your body physically won't allow you to do it, it's got to have the right fuel to be healthy enough to get out there and do what you need to do and do the things you want to do and make those memories and leave your legacy.

Well, I'll say this to you, if you found yourself wandering down an aisle of the grocery store with that all favorite thing is like press the turbo pack that's on the side of your shopping cart and speed drive by real fast without looking. Because if you replenish it and get it back into your pantry, you're in the same old place where you were before. So and if you're living with someone who happens to eat that thing that you just absolutely love. Maybe one way you can do that is to have them put that in a different place.

And you just don't open that make it really inconvenient for yourself. It's an upper shelf where you can't get to it. And you know, yeah, I mean, I'm thinking you've got to get it out of there, right, you've got to get it out of there. And this is the case, a lot of times, you have to find ways to make it work for you. Maybe they have their own little snack closet or snack pantry that they keep in a different area that you're just not in a lot. And that may make it better for you.
